  • Frame business problems globally then narrow focus to specific ask

  • State why the team member is the right one for the job

  • Avoid firm due dates for those with ASD, narrow time constraints for ADHD

  • Pair team members so they shadow first & offer recommendations

  • Include a post mortem to improve communication and process

  • Insist on clear project hand off to/from reports as milestones
